Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping on all orders Australia-wide.

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorised your payment. We will then contact our suppliers to confirm the item is in stock.

  • If the item is available, we will process your payment and prepare your order for dispatch.
  • If the item is unavailable or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and notify you by email.

Order Dispatch & Tracking

Orders in stock will be shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch.

If you do not receive tracking information within 6 business days, please contact us at sales@imycorp.com.au.

Damaged Items

Please check your package carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage, record it when signing for delivery. If your order arrives damaged, email photos to sales@imycorp.com.au

so we can lodge an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders cancelled after 48 hours will incur a $20 administration fee, regardless of shipping status.
  • If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original, unopened packaging.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below:

You must request a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at sales@imycorp.com.au.

  • The RMA number must be included with your returned item.
  • Once issued, the product must be returned at your cost within 14 days of receiving the RMA, along with the RMA number and return tracking details.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and must be undamaged while in your possession.

Important Notes:

  • Returns without an RMA, missing parts, or damaged items may be refused, or incur a 30% restocking fee (or the value of missing parts, whichever is higher).
  • Shipping fees, gift wrapping, and any applicable taxes (e.g., customs or VAT) are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damage during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected (within 7 business days), you will be notified by email of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
  • Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, email sales@imycorp.com.au within 14 days of delivery for instructions.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • If the order was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
